The article analyzes the play prerequisites for creation, methods of implementation and conditions perception B. Mіkhaіlov’s S. Bratkov’s works — multimedia installations ‘Sacrifice to God War’ ‘Box Three Letters’, presented in exhibition project ‘Alchemical Surrender’ Soros Center Contemporary Art Sevastopol 1994. As a result research, it was found that Bratkov Mikhaіlov had chosen ‘non-photographic’ as an artistic language surrender’ carnival forms symbols. installation combines following folk ridiculous culture: theatrical spectacular happening, recorded on video, three art objects assemblages created basis photographic images. ‘A Box Letters’ different happening (box, board, etc.); verbal-laughter work parodic statement depicted well one familiar-square speech.
